NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION (NIQ)

Subject: Invitation of Quotations for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)) of Scientific Equipment.

Sealed quotations are invited for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the following equipment:

1. NUGENIUS – Gel Documentation System
2. CO₂ Incubator (Model: NU-4750E, Nuaire)
3. Deep Freezer (Model: NU-6382E, Nuaire)

Interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their quotations on or before 04/08/2026 up to 4:00 PM.

The supplier/vendor must submit the following documents along with the quotation:

1. Price Reasonability Certificate stating that the rates quoted are not higher than those quoted to any other Government organization for the same AMC services.
2. Valid Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate authorizing the vendor to provide AMC services for the above-mentioned equipment.

Terms & Conditions:

• The rates quoted should be FOR NCHGSR, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
• GST and other applicable taxes, if any, should be indicated separately.
• A special discount for Educational Institutions/Universities/Teaching Departments, if applicable, may be offered.
• The quotation should remain valid for at least 90 days from the last date of submission.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
